Friday January 5th, 2007 - 42nd Anniversary Celebration of the Founding of Fateh

Dear Friends,
It is our honor and pleasure to invite you to participate in the commemoration of the forty-second anniversary of the Fateh movement and the birth of the modern Palestinian revolution. On Friday, January 5th, 2007 we will join together in the village of Bil’in, where the daily struggle against the illegal Israeli Occupation and expansion of the Apartheid Wall has inspired the spirit of resistance in Palestinians everywhere. Our invitation extends across all party lines in a call for unity in our common effort. The celebration will commence in the village center directly after the noontime prayer, and will be followed by a demonstration and march toward the Wall as the residents of Bil’in have done without fail for nearly two years.

North American Premiere of Bil'in Habibti the 29th of November on TVO (Canada)

On November 29, at 10 PM, TVO (TV Ontario) will broadcast a short version (60’) of Bil’in Habibti (Bil’in my love), a documentary by Shai Carmeli Pollak. Bil’in Habibti was ex-aequo winner of the Wolgin Award for Best Israeli Documentary at the 2006 Jerusalem Film Festival.
