Palestinians guilty again?

19/02/2010

[Ynet] For many years Israel and members of the International community have claimed that Palestinians “do not take responsibility for themselves. [McGill Daily] The Quebec Court of Appeal announced Wednesday that on June 3 they will hear the appeal submitted by the West Bank village of Bil’in against a Superior court decision from last September.

The plaintiffs claimed that the companies and their sole director, Annette Laroche, are involved in constructing settlements for Israelis on occupied land within the territory of Bil’in.

M.A., 21, also revealed the names of 17 Na’alin residents "whom I know and saw throwing rocks" on the same day the jeep was set on fire.

The Making of the West Bank's 'Avatar' Protest

13/02/2010

[AOL News] The conflict in the Middle East took on an especially cinematic quality Friday, when activists representing a small Palestinian village dressed up like the oppressed aliens from the blockbuster movie "Avatar" before staging a demonstration in front of the Israeli West Bank barrier.
