[Ha’aretz] Decisions from the High Court of Justice to uproot entire sections of the separation fence because of excessive damage to the Palestinians’ fabric of life have become routine. So, the ruling by a bench headed by Supreme Court President Dority Beinisch to invalidate - for the third time - the fence route in the disputed area that borders on the ultra-Orthodox Jewish neighborhood in the expansion of Modi’in Ilit and the Palestinian village of Bil’in has been shunted to the margins of the news. "The state is ordered to uphold the court’s instructions without further delay and to map out a route for the barrier which meets the criteria established in the ruling."
