In another demonstration today in Bil’in Palestinian, international, and Israeli activists carried Palestinian flags and flags for all of the Palestinian political parties as an invitation for national unity and abandonment of internal fighting in order to resist the Israeli occupation. The demonstrators also carried symbolic coffins representing Palestinian children and citizens killed during the Israeli attacks on Gaza. Posters of Ehud Olmert, Tzipi Livni, Ehud Barak and George Bush saying "Enough killing, vampires!" were carried as well.

A Palestinian man, who was left brain-dead on the 28th December after being shot in the head with live ammunition by Israeli forces in the village of Ni’lin, died this evening.
Israeli forces shot 20 year old Mohammed Khawaje in the forehead with live ammunition as he was demonstrating in the village of Ni’lin against the Israeli massacres in Gaza. He was pronounced brain-dead on the evening of the 31st December.

Israeli forces have killed one Palestinian man from Ni’lin, while another is in critical condition, as they opened fire on a demonstration against the Israeli massacre of the people of Gaza.
Arafat Rateb Khawaje, 22 years old, was shot in the back with live ammunition, he died at 2:45pm in Ramallah Hospital.
Mohammed Kasim Khawaje, 20 years old, was shot in the forehead with live ammunition from close range. He remains in critical condition in Ramallah hospital.
Mohammed Sror was shot in the leg with live ammunition, but his injuries are not critical.

After the noon prayer people of Bil’in and supporters from surrounding village marched in a demonstration demanding to stop the attack on Gaza and Israeli massacres.

Bil’in residents left after the Friday prayer in a march joined by international and Israeli peace activists. Waving Palestinian flags, and banners against the Israeli occupation. The protest today was solidarity with Palestinian families inside Israeli jails especially Juma’a Muosa’s family and Ahmad Sa’dat and Ofers’ detainees. The Popular committee condemned the violence against the detainees inside Israeli prisons.
