Four injured in the weekly non violence demonstration in Bil’in

A protest was lunched today after the Friday prayer in Bil’in and was joined by international and Israeli activists. The protest today marks the twentieth Palestinian Independents. Palestinian flags, and banners were carried during the demonstration confirming the continue of the struggle to end the Israeli occupation and reach freedom.

The Popular Front for Struggle celebrated today with us the 20. anniversary of the Declaration of Independence by the PLO and the fourth anniversary of the death of Jassir Arafat. We want to thank the front for supporting us and celebrating with us.

The demonstrators marched in the village chanting against the discriminatory policies of the occupation. When the protest reached the gate, they were stopped by sound grenades and teargas. Dozens suffered inhalation four persons were shot with rubber coated bullets and injured. Their names are Ahmad Salih, Dar Ayyub, Ahmad Jabarin, Adib Abu Rahma and Abd el-Majid Nasir.
