Israeli decision to confiscate 142 dunums of lands of Bil'in, Kharbtha Bani Hareth and Der Kadis

People found in the village of Bil’in yesterday at the gate of the wall the notice of the confiscation of 142 dunums.

The following locations :

  1. a piece of land in the basin part 3 of the site waaret almizan and Kherbet em althenen from the territory of the village of Bil’in,
  2. the basin natural part of the No. 3 position from the territory alryan from Der Kadis village,
  3. the basin natural part of the No. 2 position Alskarh of the territory from the Kharbtha Bani Hareth village

The popular Committee for resist the wall in Bil’in village inform the lawyer of the measures necessary to oppose this resolution, as it was objected to the owners of land in the early eighties when it issued a decision to confiscate the land and managed to win it.
