Protesters in Bil'in Drive Bulldozer at the Wall

[Popular Struggle] Hundreds of protesters led by a bulldozer marched on the Wall in Bil’in today after the Israeli army began dismantling it earlier this week. Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad ank MK Mohammed Barakah participated in the demonstration.

Israeli army begins dismantling the Wall in Bil'in

photo [Popular Struggle] Six years into the weekly protests and nearly four years after the high court declared the path of the Barrier illegal; the army began dismantling the Wall in the village of Bil’in. But even according to the new path 435 acres of village land will remain behind the fence.


Bil'in marks the Nakba

Protestors dressed as Palestinian refugees, some carried symbolic keys to their homes from which they were forced to leave in 1948. The demonstration was attacked with tear gas but no major injuries were reported on the spot.


Night raid in Bil'in results in three arrested

[Popular Struggle] In yet another night raid, Israeli soldiers raided Bil’in last night and arrested three people. Forced entered the village at roughly 8:30 local time using tear gas and stun grenades. The three have been taken to an unknown location.
